Please contact the clinic if you have an urgent issue. If you require medical assistance and cannot get a timely appointment at our clinic, please seek care at a walk-in clinic.  Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. I look forward to returning to support your health care needs upon my recovery - Dr Yeung

What to expect at your virtual appointment

Only Dr Yeung is offering virtual visits.  You will receive an email with a link for the virtual visit 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.  When it is time for your appointment, simply click on the link to join the virtual video visit with your doctor.  Kindly wait for your doctor to join the call. If for any reason you are unable to attend the virtual video visit, your doctor will call you.

Please note that your doctor may use his or her personal telephone to call and as a result the telephone number may show up as 'PRIVATE' or 'NO CALLER ID'. Please be available to answer your phone if you have requested a telephone consult.

What to expect at your in-person visit

To keep everyone safe, you must wear a MASK to your appointment and keep it on for the entire visit. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. Please ensure the mask covers your nose and chin. You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic. Plexiglass is installed at the reception desk to protect patients and staff.  The receptionist will ask you to complete a short COVID-19 screening questionnaire and she will check your temperature before showing you to the exam room.

Each exam room and the waiting area will be equipped with a medical grade air purifier.

When you enter the exam room, please sit only where you are assigned and avoid touching other surfaces. Every surface contacted by patients and their property will be sanitized before the next patient comes in.

Your doctor will be wearing a mask.

We do not offer COVID-19 testing.

The longer you are in the office and the more discussion that occurs increases the chance of COVID transmission. If you have other issues to discuss, it would be safest to book another appointment to discuss those issues over the phone.
